Customers must follow the rules, timings, and guidelines set by the salon or beauty parlour. Customers are not allowed to apply any pressure or force on the shop. All bookings and services are considered valid only as per the details displayed in the CUTPE app. CUTPE acts only as a booking platform and is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages between customers and salons.
