All bookings and services are considered valid only as per the details displayed in the CUTPE app. CUTPE acts only as a booking platform and is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages between customers and salons. CUTPE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The wallet amount cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or used for any other purpose. If the booking is cancelled after the allowed cancellation time, no refund will be provided. If the customer does not arrive at the salon at the scheduled appointment time (No Show), no refund will be given. CUTPE reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
